Return Process

  Log into your Walusha account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original retail packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
